Design & Sampling
The company's design and sampling operations are conducted in-house by a skilled and experienced design team with comprehensive commercial and production knowledge. The team utilizes a Shima Seiki Apex World-class CAD design system to create designs and technical drawings.
Samples can be produced from various sources, including sketches, tech packs, inspirational images, swatches, or the company's swatch library. The initial lead time for samples made from stock yarns is approximately 7 days.
The design team is capable of developing samples in a range of fabric qualities, spanning from fine 14, 12, 10 Gauge to 5 Gauge Chunky. The knitting structures and stitch details are versatile, encompassing Cable, Jacquard, or Intarsia knitting.
